BRAMPTON, ON — Graham McGregor, MPP for Brampton North and Ontario’s Minister of Citizenship and Multiculturalism, has endorsed Patrick Brown for re-election as Mayor of Brampton.
Over the past term, Brampton has experienced one of the most productive and transformative periods in its history. Through strong leadership and a collaborative partnership with the Government of Ontario, Mayor Patrick Brown has helped secure generational investments that residents have fought for over decades.
Under Mayor Brown’s leadership, Brampton has advanced the Hurontario LRT extension into downtown Brampton, moved forward the transformative Riverwalk project, secured a second hospital, and welcomed the TMU School of Medicine. These achievements will strengthen our economy, improve health care, and enhance quality of life for generations to come.
In my riding of Brampton North, Mayor Brown has been a strong partner in delivering projects that matter to local families, including the redevelopment of Loafer’s Lake and important environmental and flood mitigation initiatives along Heart Lake Road.
As our city continues to grow, it is critical that we maintain the momentum we have built. That is why I am proud to endorse Patrick Brown for re-election as Mayor of Brampton.
“I encourage residents to support Mayor Brown and cast their vote to keep Brampton moving forward.”
Graham McGregor, MPP, Brampton North
